Rob Clark
WHERE I’M FROM: Everywhere (Army brat)
WHAT I DO AT QUICK: I'm the editor-in-chief. That means I don’t sleep
much.
WHERE I LEARNED TO DO WHAT I DO: I studied ever-so-hard at Texas A&M
University, and spent far too much time at the student newspaper, The Battalion.
I also worked at The Bryan-College Station Eagle and interned at the Houston
Chronicle and Post. Before Quick, I was editor of Guide
at the Morning News.
SOMETHING PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME: I do a mean Johnny Cash karaoke
song. And by "mean," I mean "bad."
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT DALLAS-FORT WORTH: The Cowboys and Rangers,
Erykah Badu, Freebirds World Burrito, Gypsy Tea Room and the State Fair of
Texas.
IF I HATED ANYTHING ABOUT D-FW (WHICH I DON’T, OF COURSE)
IT WOULD BE: That chomp-slurp-chomp you hear in every movie theater
around here. Yes, popcorn is magically delicious, but come on folks, close
your mouths. I could go on.
