Wrap up these treats

Brown Paper Chocolates are so good, you seriously start thinking about leaving work just so you can enjoy the smooth, luscious flavor in the privacy of your own home.

The chocolates are the work of Richard Kaplan, a Houston chef who wanted to make chocolate with non-processed ingredients. The brand launched in 2004.

We love the ancho chile with aged tequila and almonds. You can also gorge on chocolate with pistachios, orange peel, dried cherries and Cointreau, and chocolate with candied pumpkin and ginger, brandy, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Both are available at Central Market for $6.99. www.brownpaperchocolates.com.
