T-Pain tops BET noms
T-Pain's status as urban music's most frequent collaborator helped him nab a leading five BET Award nominations. Kanye West and Keyshia Cole received three nods, while Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and newcomer Flo Rida received a pair each, according to BET. The awards will be presented June 24 in Los Angeles.

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra has announced dates for two annual festival programs. The Festival Latino, on June 7, will include 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. outdoor activities at the Meyerson Symphony Center and a 7:30 p.m. concert (indoors) with the Cuban rumba band Tiempo Libre joining the orchestra. For the June 20 African American Festival, at 7:30 p.m., Dallas Black Dance Theatre will join the DSO in Jonathan Bailey Holland's Primary Colors.

'Idol' tour tickets
Tickets go on sale today for the American Idols Live! Tour, which will come to Dallas on Aug. 25 at American Airlines Center. Both finalists, David Archuleta and David Cook, will be part of the show. Ticketmaster.
