ARLINGTON - A former Duncanville teacher was sentenced to 50 years in prison last week after pleading guilty to several charges including aggravated sexual assault, burglary, attempted burglary and possession of pornography.
Nicholas Wilborn, 34, was a suspect in a string of sexual assaults in Arlington. He reached a plea agreement with Tarrant County prosecutors on Friday, officials said.
Police said Mr. Wilborn became a suspect in a string of sexual assaults following his June 2006 arrest for possession of child pornography. Arlington police said he was a sexual predator who preyed on women and young children.
The former math teacher was arrested not far from the home he shared with his wife and four children.
