From Staff Reports
Fort Worth police are searching for two men who robbed an Eskimo Hut convenience store over the weekend, one while wearing a Halloween mask.
5500 block of West Vickery Boulevard
The robbery took place about 2 p.m. Sunday in the 5500 block of West Vickery Boulevard, police said.
The robber without the mask pulled a gun and demanded money. The 37-year-old store employee told him the money was in the register, and the robber emptied the cash drawer. The two robbers then fled. No one was injured.
The unmasked robber was described as a black man about 5-8 and 140 pounds, wearing a white tank top, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
The second robber wore a "Scream"-type mask and was described as a black male about 5-9 and 160 pounds, wearing a zippered hoodie, a white tank top, dark-colored pants and black shoes.
Investigators planned to review the store's surveillance video.
